It is with deep sorrow and profound respect that the Principal, Mrs. H.M.G.C.K. Dharmawardena, together with the staff, students, and Alumnae Association of B/Kuda Kusum Balika Maha Vidyalaya, Bandarawela, announce the passing of our beloved former Principal, Mrs. S. Suriyage.
Mrs. S. Suriyage(1978–1995).
A life dedicated to education and the empowerment of young women, her legacy remains alive in every corner of our school. We extend our deepest sympathies to her family and loved ones.
Final Rites and Respects:
The remains will lie in state at her residence for final respects starting from 3:00 PM today.
Residence:No. 791/9, 3rd Lane, Thalangama North, Malabe.
Funeral Service:Final rites will be performed on Tuesday, April 21st, at 5:00 P.M. at the Thalahena Public Cemetery.
We invite all members of the Kuda Kusum family, past and present, to join us in honoring the memory of a remarkable lady who was a mother to our school.
May she attain the Supreme Bliss of Nibbana !
